Early Turkey Day

This past weekend, our family celebrated an early Thanksgiving since my parents as well as Nelson's parents were in town for Rebekah's baptism. I had never made a turkey before so my mom showed me how. As you can see from the pictures, cleaning out the turkey totally grossed me out! In the end, we made a fabulous turkey. My mom is an incredible cook and it was the most moist turkey I have ever tasted.
During this Thanksgiving season, we are so grateful for so many things - our family and friends, and our beautiful baby girl.
