Happy Halloween

Today was a fun-filled day of Halloween festivities. First, we had our 2nd annual neighborhood costume parade. Like last year, the parade was led by our next door neighbor who is a policeman and his cop car. After the parade, we joined in the culdesac for treats and games. Bekah loved walking around in her ladybug costume and checking out all the other kids' costumes. We had a great turn out this year. Then we headed to a neighbor's house for more treats and friend time. Lastly, we had some friends over for dinner and to trick or treat with Bekah.

Nelson decided to carve his pumpkin into the shape of an alligator in honor of the Univ of Florida Gators. I was quite impressed with his artwork. We got many compliments on his pumpkin this evening.



We were quite surprised this week when we got some snow, so I had fun putting this kitty hat on Bekah to keep her little head warm.

Bekah fell in love with pumpkins this fall. She learned to point to the pumpkin on her shirt.

For some reason, Bekah finds it hilarious to scream back and forth to one another.
